Each piece is crafted individually after your order is placed. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for production, depending on the object. As soon as your order is ready, we will notify you by email.

Your order will then be entrusted to a carrier for delivery to your address or to a collection point. Estimated delivery time once dispatched: 2 to 6 working days.

If you select a collection point (Relais Colis), you will receive a confirmation email when your order is available. You will have 7 days to collect it, bringing a valid identity document and your confirmation email.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@alanlouisparis.com with the reason for your return. We will reply with the return address.

Please include a printed copy of your purchase invoice inside the package so we can identify your order. Once we receive the item and confirm it is in perfect condition in its original packaging, we will proceed with an exchange or a refund.
