DELIVERY AND RETURNS

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?

 

Each object is made to order, by hand. The delivery time is estimated between 2 and 6 weeks depending on the product.

 

As soon as your order is ready we will send you an e-mail to let you know. Your order will then be taken care of by a carrier for delivery to your home or to a relay point for the product(s). Your order will arrive at its destination within 2 to 6 working days.

 

For the Relais colis option, you will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order is available and will have 7 days to collect your order with an identity document and the e-mail of confirmation.

DO YOU WISH TO RETURN ONE OR MORE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your package to us. Please send us an e-mail to the following address mentioning the reason for your return:

As soon as we receive your e-mail, we will give you the postal address to which to return your package.

 

Print your purchase invoice and attach it to your package so that we can identify your order. If the product received is in perfect condition, in its original packaging, we will then proceed to an exchange or a refund.
